I am attending his fundraiser Tuesday, December 14th from 5:00pm-10:00pm in favor of TroopsDirect. 100 percent of the proceeds goes direct to help supply our troops with the basics that they are not receiving. Just read Aaron's website and I guarantee you will be impressed by his efforts. As a reminder, any donation no matter the size, will help support our troops in need. Great job Aaron!!

This is the time of year when we should reflect on what we have to be thankful for. As we enter into this holiday season, I remain very appreciative for all of the support from my loyal clientele. I hope that I have brought something into your lives as you have into mine. It remains an honor for me each time someone employs me with the amazing opportunity of working with them either to list or purchase a home. I also am very thankful to live in the United States of America and to be following the American dream. The dream of working and be in charge of your own destiny is something I am grateful for each day. It is with this spirit that I have partnered with Joan DeGraff, of Cattails Florist, this year to host a client appreciation party. Joan is a small business owner and has been serving our community for over 20 years. Thank you in advance for remembering all of our small business owners; as in my opinion they are the back bone of this country. Welcome new members to the site. Many of you continue to ask me about the status of the jumbo market. It is true, there are fewer Buyers in the jumbo marketplace for a variety of reasons. Regardless, the interest rates remain low and coupled with good home prices I remain optimistic. I have evidence that foreclosures continue to show a decrease of the market relative to total inventory, which means.....we are all doing a better job pricing our real estate and allowing it to sell.

On a community note...I attended a fundraiser last evening for a fabulous foundation called Knit for the Kids. www.knitforthekids.org First of all, I am amazed at the talent of the women who not only organize these efforts but actually have the talent to make the items that are being sold. . Check out their site, and do what you can. What a great cause. p.s. the purses are amazing...I now own two of the Ellie by Design purses and they each have their own names.
