It is true, there are fewer Buyers in the jumbo marketplace for a variety of reasons. Regardless, the interest rates remain low and coupled with good home prices I remain optimistic. I have evidence that foreclosures continue to show a decrease of the market relative to total inventory, which means.....we are all doing a better job pricing our real estate and allowing it to sell.
On a community note...I attended a fundraiser last evening for a fabulous foundation called Knit for the Kids. www.knitforthekids.org First of all, I am amazed at the talent of the women who not only organize these efforts but actually have the talent to make the items that are being sold. . Check out their site, and do what you can. What a great cause. p.s. the purses are amazing...I now own two of the Ellie by Design purses and they each have their own names.
